China's Highest Bridge in the World, Opens to Public

The highest concrete bridge tower in the world named Pingtang Bridge located in southwest China’s Guizhou Province opened to the public.

The project cost for more than a total of of 1.5 billion yuan (about 215 million U.S. dollars) was used to finance the construction of the bridge with a height of 332 meters and 110 floor building tall that serves the bridge as the world’s tallest reinforced concrete bridge tower.

China local authorities said that the operation of the bridge will start before and will cater thousands of transportation vehicles which is Guizhou is known as “the museum of world bridges” and has various types and complex technology to build the project possible.
