El Nido’s Best Island Hopping Tours: A Comprehensive Review

El Nido's Best Island Hopping Tours A Comprehensive Review

El Nido is a small island east of Palawan, Philippines. It’s a beautiful place with amazing diverse views and natural beauty.

There are also some wonderful diving spots. One of the best parts of El Nido is its amazing island hopping tours that offer a wide range of activities to choose from. Island hopping (also known as island-hopping) is a journey that involves a series of short excursions or ferry rides that connect several of the small islands in a group.

I’m not sure how long I have been planning to do this Philippines trip and that is why I decided to include it on my list of must-do things when visiting Asia. I’ve talked about this place for quite sometime so I’d like to share with you some of the best El Nido island hopping trips that you should consider and add to your bucket list. These tend to be less expensive compared to Mt. Mayon and more colorful compared to Bohol.

The best thing about El Nido is, it is a place wherein local and foreign tourists are greatly welcome unlike Manila that can’t handle all the people and tourist. And, there are a lot of island hopping activities that you can try here in El Nido.
The first one would be the Puka Beach Island Hopping .

This activity would start at 10:00 am and goes up until 5:00-6:00 pm for a duration of 4-6 hours. It is a 3 island tour with each island having its own features, its sandbar being the most famous since it has been featured on many photo shoots on travel magazines as well as TV shows such as

Anthony Bourdain’s Parts Unknown .
This is a short island hopping trip and you will only be able to see the sandbar at Puka Beach. On top of that, you may be stuck in the waiting line for a while since this activity is worthwhile so many people want to do it. There are also some small shops that sell basic stuffs on other islands.

The second activity would be the El Nido Island Hopping . This activity will start at 9:00 am and ends at 2:00 pm for 4 hours or 6 hours for an additional fee. It covers 3 islands which are Puka Creek Beach, Longganisa Island, and Bigo Island.
