How to Send Money from BPI to Palawan While at Home

All you have to do is to have an active account specifically savings account which is required to do the transactions.

  • Transactions can be maid direct from your application installed from your phone or directly from the official website of BPI at your own pace time.
  • The recipient may get the cash directly from the authorized Palawan Express Pera Padala agents after four hours at the time of transactions complete.
  • Full security online banking covers allow OTP or One-Time Pin that ensures encrypted transactions from real owner of BPI account holders.
  • You may send the money 10,000.00 per transactions for five maximum transactions per day amounting to 50,000.

How to Send Money from BPI to Palawan Express Pera Padala

For the sender:

1. On the web, go to BPI to Cash. This feature will be available on the BPI Mobile app soon.

2. Fill in the details of the receiver, then click on “Next.”
• Amount to send
• Receiver’s name (first name, middle initial, last name)
• Receiver’s mobile number

3. Enter registered email address.


4. Log in to your BPI Online account with your credentials.


5. Select which account you would like to use, then select “Pay”. A service fee of Php 99 will be charged per send out.


6. Enter the One-time PIN (OTP) to be sent to your registered mobile number, and click “Proceed”.     


7. Get the 13-digit reference number that will appear on the confirmation screen. Send it to the receiver.

Sender is responsible for providing the reference number and other details to the recipient. Recipient must present reference number and valid ID upon pickup at any Palawan Pawnshop branch or Palawan Express Pera Padala outlet. Transactions until 1:30 PM (Manila Time, GMT +8) will be available for pickup after 4 hours. Transactions after 1: 30 PM (Manila Time, GMT +8) will be available for pickup the following day. – BPI

For the receiver:

1. Receive the 13-digit reference number from the sender.
2. Go to the nearest Palawan Express branch.
3. Present a valid ID and the 13-digit reference number upon claiming.
4. Get the cash.*

Recipient must present reference number and valid ID upon pickup at any Palawan Pawnshop branch or Palawan Express Pera Padala outlet.
